Bwtech is a Great Place to Work for the second time!

For the second year in a row, Bwtech has been voted one of the best companies to work for in Minas Gerais, according to the Great Place to Work®.

The award assesses employee satisfaction with the workplace through an online distributed form. Through anonymous responses, the institute evaluates large, medium and small companies across the country based on the assessment of internal actions and diagnosis of the company’s organizational climate, generating a final ranking with the ratings of each one.

Being in the rank and being considered one of the best companies to work for the second time, is the result of a continuous internal work to improve the climate here at Bwtech. We are constantly evolving and feedback from our employees is essential so that we can build an even more inclusive, diverse and satisfying work environment together.
